Stone Haven is an owner-occupied community of 192 homes consisting of 96 duplexes conveniently located at the corner of 119th Street and Antioch established in 1984. Stone Haven does not allow homes to be sold and purchased for rental property. Services provided for homeowners by the HOA include lawn service, snow removal, trash services including recycling and yard waste pickup and exterior painting every 5 years.
Stone Haven is in the Blue Valley School District and provides excellent access to shopping, restaurants and other local attractions.
Once registered to the Website, Homeowners can access the Declaration of Restrictions, Bylaws, Rules, Financials, Maintenance Responsibilities, Architectural Change Request Forms and Periodic Newsletters.
